On the other side of the card, you can choose to include your address, a personal note or keep it anonymous. Please send your card to: eWishingWell.org Submit as many wishes as you'd like, but one wish per card, please. The wishes are yours but once they are sent, the cards become property of eWishingWell.org for display on our website. You can also submit your wish via this website using the following form.
